A media company is looking for a creative, proactive, and self-driven Content Creator & Associate Producer to join its team.
The ideal candidate should be able to develop ideas for shows and digital content, create concepts and treatments, and work with the wider creative and production teams to bring ideas to life.
The role involves supporting productions from development through execution, writing content outlines/scripts, coordinating with talent and production teams, and contributing to storytelling across different platforms.
We are looking for someone who can work with little or no supervision, take ownership of projects, manage timelines, solve problems independently, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in content creation, media, entertainment, or production
• Strong storytelling and writing skills
• Experience developing content ideas and supporting productions
• Good understanding of digital platforms and audience trends
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced creative environment
