itel Energy has unveiled a new Sales and Service Experience Centre in the bustling tech hub of Computer Village, Ikeja, marking a strategic step toward enhancing customer engagement and distributor support in Nigeria’s urban markets.
This newly launched centre aims to cater to the rising demand for dependable solar energy solutions. Designed as a fully functional service and experience hub, it provides a platform where end-users, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) professionals, and distributors can explore, interact with, and get real-time assistance on solar technologies.
The facility offers access to itel Energy’s complete line of solar products—ranging from simple plug-and-play systems to more advanced setups. Visitors can explore solar panels, inverters, batteries, all-in-one (AIO) systems, and a wide array of supporting accessories. The centre also provides live demonstrations, on-the-spot consultations, and technical support, ensuring a comprehensive post-sale experience.
“Customer engagement starts after the sale is made,” said Olaotan Fawehinmi, PR Manager for itel Energy. “This new centre is designed not only for our distributors and EPC partners to streamline logistics but also for everyday users to better understand and trust the solutions we offer. With warranties of up to five years and support available in all 36 states through Carlcare, we’re setting new standards for after-sales service.”
The launch drew a diverse audience, including local distributors, solar engineers, and business operators, who commended the company’s hands-on service approach.
John Nwoye, General Manager of Flotel Electronics Limited, remarked, “I’ve collaborated with many solar providers, but itel Energy’s support infrastructure and pricing model stand out. Having this kind of resource right in Computer Village makes doing business far more convenient.”
Echoing the sentiment, James Agbo, Operations Manager at Flotel Electronics, added, “This isn’t just about selling products—it’s about understanding the local market and responding with practical solutions.”
During the event, itel Energy introduced its newly developed 3.6kWh All-in-One solar system, which resonated strongly with attendees and sold out shortly after its debut. The compact unit is aimed at students, small businesses, and city residents seeking reliable, plug-and-play energy alternatives.
Buoyed by the overwhelming interest, the company announced plans to expand its range of portable solar power options to meet the growing needs of Nigerians dealing with power instability and high fuel costs.
The Ikeja centre will also serve as a distribution point for EPC partners, facilitating faster product delivery and installation support for larger projects.
