- Role Overview*
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Hausa-speaking Telemarketer/Business Development Officer to expand Coinstick’s customer base across Northern Nigeria and beyond. Candidates who also speak other local or international languages will have a distinct advantage.
- Key Responsibilities*
Call, onboard, and follow up with potential clients to adopt Coinstick’s fintech platform.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, merchants, and agents in Hausa-speaking regions.
Convert leads into active users and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
Explain Coinstick’s services in simple language to drive adoption.
Provide feedback on customer concerns, trends, and market needs.
Work with the team to develop strategies for new customer acquisition.
- Qualifications & Skills Required*
Fluent in Hausa and English (knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage).
Minimum 1–2 years in Telemarketing, BDM, Sales, or related customer-facing roles.
Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of digital products or fintech platforms.
