MediaFuse-Dentsu boosts Lagos students’ digital access with computer donation

MediaFuse-Dentsu has taken a significant step towards enhancing educational opportunities for students in Lagos. In a generous move, the company has donated computers to Army Children Senior High School in Ikeja, aiming to empower students with essential tools for success in today’s technology-driven world.
During the donation event held on Tuesday, Emeka Okeke, the Group Chief Executive Officer of MediaFuse-Dentsu, emphasized the crucial role of technology in the modern era, stating, “In today’s digital age, access to technology is no longer a luxury, but a necessity.” Represented by Marian Ogaziechi, the Chief Operating Officer of D’Agyle, Okeke highlighted the company’s commitment to educational excellence and community development.
The donated computers not only aim to provide students with the means to navigate the digital landscape but also to help them prepare effectively for examinations. Emeka Okeke reaffirmed the company’s dedication to supporting the educational aspirations of all students at Army Children Senior High School, Ikeja.
As MediaFuse-Dentsu commemorates its 10th anniversary this year, it plans to engage in more community service and initiatives. The Financial Director of MediaFuse-Dentsu, Funmi Lawal, explained that the donation of computers is just one aspect of the company’s commitment. Lawal stated, “We also plan to partner with schools and other organizations to provide technical support and training for instructors and students in the areas of Information Communication Technology, entrepreneurship, and marketing communications.”
Highlighting the broader impact of the initiative, Mrs. Agbona, B.L, the school’s principal, expressed gratitude for the donation, noting that the computers would be invaluable in helping students prepare for the future and reach their full potential. She added, “With the support of MediaFuse-Dentsu, we can provide our students with enhanced educational experiences and nurture their talents and passions to reach their full potential.”
