Samuel Olabode Akinrimisi has taken up a new role as Deputy Marketing Director at Cway Food & Beverages Nigeria Co. Limited. Until his new role Samuel, the secretary of Advertisers Association of Nigeria and the ADVAN Brand Manager of the Year 2022, was Head of Category, HPZ Limited.
At Thermocool PZ Cussons, Samuel was known for his resilience, tenacity and dedication that consistently positioned the Thermocool Brand as the most trusted among its contemporaries.
During his stay at Thermocool PZ Cussons, his brand, Haier Thermocool was awarded Brand of The Year 2022 besides two other awards by the prestigious Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) African Marketing Awards For Excellence.
Other corporate awards received when he was the brand manager of Haier Thermocool include: Most Outstanding Home Appliance Brand of The Year by Brand Communicator, Best-in-Class Generator of The Year by National Quality Conference.
Symbolically, more reasons why the year 2022 will remain memorable in his career pursuit are the recognitions he received amongst which are Brand Manager of The Year 2022 and Industry Builders Awards from Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) at the ADVAN African Awards For Marketing Excellence 2022.
Before joining Cway Food & Beverages Nig. Co. Limited as Deputy Marketing Director, he was the Category & Marketing Communications Lead at HPZ Limited Category from January 2022 – January 2023.
He was also Brand Manager, Good Mama Detergent & Special Projects, Eko Supreme Resources Nigeria Limited from July 2016 – October 2019.
