Lovers of Domino’s Pizza have lauded the 20 minutes delivery of pizza order placements to customers at all the outlets of the leading pizza company across the country.
This is the first time such innovation is being introduced by any quick restaurant service business in Nigeria.
Speaking to some customers who patronize their outlets, they said, the new addition to their service is a great innovation, and a welcome development, especially in Lagos where people are always in a hurry.
For Dorcas Olasehinde, a resident of Ojodu area of Lagos State, such innovation is coming at the right time when people are getting tired of waiting more than necessary at some other eateries. She said, “this lofty idea has once more confirmed why Domino Pizza Nigeria is ahead of the competition in the quick-service restaurant space.”
Also speaking, Bola Babatunde, a civil servant who resides in Ogba in Lagos State hailed the idea of 20 minutes delivery by Domino’s Pizza. She said, “it shows the level of interest the management of Dominio’s Pizza has in its customers, and the introduction of such innovative ideas will go a long way to divert more consumers to the outlets across the country.”
Domino’s Pizza Nigeria, the largest pizza chain and fastest food delivery company in Nigeria recently announced that it now delivers its pizzas under 20 minutes after order placement to its customers across the country! Prior to this, the pizza company has been known to deliver within 25 minutes and with this new promise of a faster delivery time in 20 minutes, customers will now be getting their orders faster and saving more time to do other things they enjoy.
Speaking during the event, Group Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Patrick McMichael said the new launch of the 20 minutes delivery guarantee is part of the company’s vision of bringing hot and fresh meals to millions of its customers nationwide. ‘’We are all about our customers, and ensuring they get their meals faster and in excellent quality means a lot to us.
Before this, we promised our pizza delivery in 25 minutes, and during this period we became the fastest pizza delivery market in the Domino’s global ecosystem, delivering within 16 minutes. This gave us the confidence to now promise our customers that they will get their pizzas within 20 minutes, and better still, they will get a free pizza if we fail to deliver on this promise,’’ said Patrick.
